Good nutrients for your plants

With this DIY homemade fertilizer with banana and onion peels, coffee grounds, ash from the barbecue or fireplace, you will give your plants the additional nutrients they need to grow even stronger.

Ingredients:

Choose at least two out of these ingredients from your kitchen: onion peels (the dry part), coffee grounds, ash from the barbecue or fireplace, banana peels.

THE STEPS:

  • For 1L of water, add 2 banana peels, 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds/ash, two hand full of onion peels. Then cover and let macerate for 48h.
  • Strain and dilute the liquid fertilizer with the same amount of water: for 1L of fertilizer, dilute with 1L of water.
  • You can now use this water for your bottom pots of our semi-hydroponic system, with the following proportions: 1/10 (if you have 200mL of water in your lower pot, add 20mL of this liquid fertilizer)
