Purple Carrots with Hummus Dip

The Recipe 

Ingredients:

Small purple carrots from your urban garden, homemade hummus (250g of chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of tahini, 1 garlic clove, the juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper, paprika) paprika, sesame seeds.

THE STEPS

  • Clean your purple carrots and dip in boiling water for 2min (optional: if you prefer them softer).
  • Mix all ingredients for your homemade hummus.
  • Prepare the hummus and add paprika, roasted sesame seeds and any other topping you might enjoy.

Dip your carrots in the hummus and enjoy your edible photosynthesis!
