Kiwi basil and turnip salad

The Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kiwi, 1 turnip, fresh basil leaves, basil infused olive oil, salt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar. 

THE STEPS:

  • Cut the turnip in thin slices and macerate with a few lemon juice drops and salt. 
  • Peel the kiwi and slice in slightly thicker slices than the turnip. 
  • Distribute and place your turnip and kiwi slices as well as fresh basil leaves. Add toasted sesame seeds (the black is full of antioxidants). 
  • Season with basil infused olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
