First, you need to know the significance behind our special letter. Our P stands for urban Permaculture and edible Photosynthesis:

  • The use of permaculture practices within urban environments, working with nature and not against it, in minimum space. For us it is important to define permaculture as a way of learning through observation, experimentation, and gathered knowledge that can help us in our daily lives and should not be left to only experts.
  • The importance of photosynthesis, capturing carbon dioxide, giving us oxygen, live on Earth and delicious food.

The project of The Urban Permaculture is to green our cities through edible photosynthesis. To share knowledge and learn how to grow from home, easily and sustainably, using our resources and imagination. You will be able to grow edible photosynthesis at your windowsill, your balcony, or your urban garden. Based on #urbanpermaculture and with sensibility, consciousness, and engagement. Because today it is necessary to act together. For that, I partnered with great, passionate people to ensure quality and purpose. 

Our model searches how to enhance photosynthesis within our urban lifestyles, with minimum space. For that reason, we regulate the water and nutrients through the semi-hydroponic system, in relation with its energy font being the Sun. This semi-hydroponic system allows you to grow more with less. Less space, less water, less soil, less maintenance and you won’t need to transplant.
